After giving birth over 7 years ago, I went to buy jeans… size 14. I went on to lose 80 lbs but fought for years to get the last 10 lbs or so off.
I did all the things you’re “supposed” to do, the logical sh*t:
-Count calories
-Workout 5x a week
-Eat healthy
-blah blah blah

I let go of any goals, deadlines, & restrictions.
I stopped working out and just set an intention to move my body through dance or yoga, whatever feels good for the day.
I ate pie & cake & ice cream without shaming myself.
4 months later, I’m finally in a size 4! I have no idea what the scale says cuz I haven’t stepped on it but I feel great!
